As a teenager, Darin Ralph started as a hod-tender in Virginia. He gained a strong work ethic and built many lasting relationships in the industry. He learned the trade directly from skilled masons as he performed many behind-the-scenes tasks like erecting scaffolding, preparing grout and mortar to be used in installing stone. He graduated from high school and served a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Philippines. While serving, he learned Tagalog as a second language. He attended UVSC to complete his general education while working as a stone mason in Utah. He met his wife, Sunny Ralph and they were married in 1994. He received his bachelor's degree in history from the University of Utah. He loves working with his wife and brother and is grateful for the many business relationships he has gained over the years. He has an eye for design, is a pro at selecting the right stone for each project and enjoys using creativity on each stone project.

Chris has been a valuable team member for many years. He grew up in Virginia with Darin and Dennis and is a loyal friend. He is a quality craftsman that pays close attention to details. Chris is easy to work with and makes work fun. He loves his family and is honest and hardworking. We are all grateful when Chris is on the job.

Skip has a military background and has worked as a First Sargeant for over 25 years. We are grateful for our veterans and appreciate his service. He is dedicated, hardworking and productive. Skip is not above any task that needs to be done. He is loyal and dependable, and we appreciate his respectful attitude and good nature.

As a teenager, Dennis worked one day as a laborer for numerous stone masons. After that day, he told himself, "there is no way I will ever do that again!" Fortunately, he did do it again and it's been one of the most rewarding decisions he's ever made. Stone masonry is hard work, but it is also very rewarding. Upon graduating from the University of Utah, Dennis became part-owner of Artistic Stone Masonry & Supply, Inc. and he's been out-performing everyone since. He is usually the first and last person on the jobsite. Dennis aims to give superior service and treat each project as if it were his own personal residence.

M. Jay is our stone yard and saw shop manager. He is a great multi-tasker. He is able to keep a schedule, run the office, accept and coordinate deliveries, design cut stone projects from a napkin drawing, keep the yard organized, assist customers, etc. M. Jay is very busy but always has time to say hello. He goes about his day with a smile and remains calm even though he has many deadlines to meet. We are grateful for his math skills and ability to learn several software applications to run the saw shop. He is self-taught in Autocad and AlphaCam.

Sunny loves working at Artistic Stone Masonry because there's always so much to do. Every day is challenging, different and she's constantly learning something new. She loves being able to work part-time, from home. She can help with questions regarding A/R, A/P, insurance, subcontractor support, payroll, etc.

Jose started as a temp and proved himself right off the bat. We are all impressed with Jose's strength, dependability and work ethic. He has a positive attitude, never complains and is always smiling. He specializes in masonry flooring. You won't find anyone that pays closer attention to details. His floors are simply, "perfect". Everyone loves Jose.
